Leading Instructional Change: One District’s Journey to Implementing Personalized Learning

Personalized learning in Charlotte-Mecklenburg Schools, NC aims to develop the whole child and empower students to take ownership of their learning by providing them with multiple pathways to demonstrate mastery in order to be successful and productive 21st century citizens in an ever-changing world. In this webinar, Jill Thompson, Director of Personalized Learning, will discuss Charlotte-Mecklenburg’s implementation plan, best practices, and how they coach their teachers on the instructional shift needed to best meet the needs of their students. Jill will also share their results and findings.

This online event will take place on March 7th at 4 p.m. EST and will benefit all K-12 educators. The event is free, but preregistration is required. If you register but are unable to attend, audio and materials from the webinar will be available after the event. After participating, you will be emailed a Continuing Education certificate.
