  • Online

Media literacy is an important skill both in and outside of the classroom for students of all ages. Educators can teach students how to use their close reading skills to become critical thinkers and give them tools to analyze and evaluate the content presented to them online. Susannah Moran from myON will share best practices, classroom tips, and examples from schools across the country who are successfully implementing media literacy into their daily routines. There will be a Q&A segment at the end of the presentation.

This event will take place on January 30th at 4 pm EST . It is designed for educators, librarians, and administrators. Advance registration is suggested. Educators who attend the live session will be emailed a CE certificate within 24 hours of the edWebinar.
