This website provides information about the Deeper Learning Equity Fellowship leadership program. The program was founded to increase access to deeper learning opportunities for all youth, especially students of color, immigrant youth, English language learners, and youth in poverty. Cohorts of 10 education leaders are selected to participate in a 24 month-leadership program consisting of reading, onsite seminars, ongoing online dialogue, site visits, and a capstone deeper learning project; all with support from experienced mentors and fellow cohort members. The goal of the program is to develop, support, and sustain a group of diverse and exceptional leaders who will influence the policies and practices to expand access to deeper learning in public education across the country. Participation is free except for fellows time which is donated by the organizations for which they work.
