Darri Stephens, Director of Community Marketing for Wonder Workshop, and Victoria Davila, Industrial Designer for Wonder Workshop, will discuss how educators can incorporate components of design thinking in everyday teaching while encouraging aspects of project-based learning and authentic assessment. They will also share tips to optimize the classroom environment for such active, collaborative work. Plus, the presenters will discuss how these examples can support the ideas of grit and “failing forward”.
