This event will mark the launch of the Massachusetts Early College Initiative. This initiative will support the expansion of high-quality early college programming in the Commonwealth. Attendees will join state education leaders and early college pioneers to learn about this new policy initiative from keynote speaker Governor Charlie Baker. The event is sponsored by the state of Massachusetts, Jobs for the Future (JFF), MassINC, the Rennie Center for Education Research & Policy, and the Massachusetts Business Roundtable.

- The Board of Higher Education and Board of Elementary and Secondary Education Joint Resolution paving the policy road for Early College
This free event will take place Thursday, March 23, 2017, at The UMass Club, located at One Beacon Street, Boston, MA 02108. Breakfast will be served from 8:00 – 8:30 a.m. and the event will take place from 8:30 – 10:00 a.m. EST. Registration is required.
