The Parent Leadership Training Institute (PLTI) helps parents become leading advocates for children. It is designed by the American Leadership Forum, Leadership Greater Hartford, and the Connecticut Commission on Children. It is used as a part of the “stronger Sanford” strategies. The website includes: goals, a description of the course, and resources that include the curriculum, and other resources about what it means to be a parent leader.
